Production Manager

Ralph is the production manager for Wax Family Printing and has served in this position since 2004. Ralph was hired by Nevin Wax in 1996 as a pressman. After Kevin Wax purchased the family business in 1997, Ralph moved into the lead-pressman position.

Ralph is married to his best friend, Mary McAdon Richardson and they have two children, Brandon and Kristy-Ann. Ralph is currently pursuing his degree in Biblical Studies and Ministry at Heritage Christian University. Ralph and his family are very involved with the work at Walter Hill.

Ralph's hobbies are Basketball, NASCAR racing, riding his road bike, and long walks on the beach.
