Although he has grown up around printing his whole life, Justin began working full time at Wax Family Printing in 2002 after graduating high school. He continued working in the family business throughout his college career and earned his undergraduate degree at Middle Tennessee State University (2006). He later earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2009).

He enjoys assisting clients in growing their businesses through targeted marketing projects and helping customers from concept to completion with their marketing, design, and print projects.

Justin married his high school sweetheart, Bethany, in 2004. Bethany Wax works part-time as an R.N. at MTMC. They have two children, Joseph and Abigail. Justin and Bethany are both very involved in leadership in their Bible fellowship class at Northside Baptist Church in Murfreesboro.

Justin is also a veteran and returned from a tour of duty in Iraq in August 2010. He is currently an Army officer attached to the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Tennessee Army National Guard.
