Jeff Carlton is a lifelong resident of Middle Tennessee, growing up in Lebanon and attending Middle Tennessee State University, where he spent two years on the Blue Raiders wrestling team. "I came to Murfreesboro for college and have been here ever since,” he says. Jeff graduated from MTSU with a major in Mass Communications---with an emphasis on Public Relations and Advertising--- and minors in Marketing and Commercial Art. Jeff has been advising Wax Family Printing customers on their printing needs for more than 11 years.

Jeff is also a volunteer Diplomat with the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. He was recently awarded the 2008 Diplomat of the Year award for his leadership and motivation.

Jeff and his wife, Lisa, have three children and one grandchild, and attend World Outreach Church. He regularly rides his high-performance road bicycle at a blistering pace on Rutherford County’s backroads.
